Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site: our website host, our payment provider (Stripe or similar) for ticket payments, our email delivery and mailing-list services, and our analytics provider. These providers may store information outside Australia. Committee members can see member and ticket records so they can run the group, and they are asked to keep them private. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cast and crew material
Scripts, rehearsal schedules and cast lists are shared only with the people assigned to a production, through their member portal. Please do not share these materials outside the group.
Mailing list and unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us. We will stop sending you club emails promptly.
Keeping your information safe
We use passwords, restricted access for committee members, secure connections and regular backups. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for ticketing and accounting. Contact us using the form on our Contact page.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
