These terms apply to tickets bought and memberships applied for through this website, and to your use of the site. Plantagenet Players is a community theatre group at the Plantagenet District Hall, Memorial Drive, Mount Barker WA 6324.
Tickets
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Your purchase is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email or see the Order Completed page. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder and then contact us.
- Tickets are for the performance and ticket type shown. Please bring your confirmation, or give your name at the door.
- Seating may be reserved or general admission as described for each show. Doors and start times are shown on the show page and are approximate.
- We may limit how many tickets can be bought in one order.
Refunds and exchanges
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased, unless a performance is cancelled or substantially changed by us. If we cancel a performance, we will offer a refund or a ticket for another performance. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancelled or changed performances
Community theatre depends on volunteers and the weather. We may need to change a cast member, a time or a date. We will tell ticket holders by email as soon as we can and offer a refund or alternative performance where the change is significant.
Conduct at the theatre
Please arrive in good time, switch phones to silent, and do not record or photograph performances unless the production says it is allowed. We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Membership
Applications are reviewed by the committee, which may approve or decline them. Members agree to follow the group’s constitution and to keep cast and crew materials (such as scripts and schedules) within the group. We may suspend or end a membership that breaches these terms.
